Hours of Operation:
Prefer reservations between 9 AM to 9 PM but phones are always open.

Reservations:
All reservations are made by calling us at +1-925-676-0565. For the lowest possible rate, please call us 48 hours in advance. Reservations with less than 48 hours will be reviewed on a case by case basis but we will do our best to accommodate you. There is a surcharge after 9 PM 7 days a week; Ride share rates are different between the hours of 9 PM and 3 AM.

Cancellations:
We require 48 hours advance notice for cancellations. Any cancellation with less notice will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Payments:
Fares and charges are payable in United States Dollars unless otherwise authorized by management of A-1 Express Shuttle. Credit cards are required for all arrivals. Round trips are prepaid at the time of departure. Gratuity is optional.

Charter Vans:
Our charter vans can accommodate up to 9 passengers to San Francisco; and up to 10 passengers to Oakland. Vans can be chartered for special events and concerts. We do not offer any luxury sedans.

Child Care Seats:
Child care seats are provided depending on availability.

Pets:
An extra charge will apply for pets and guide dogs. Please call to get rates.

Delays:
The carrier will not be liable for delays caused by accidents, breakdowns, road conditions, fog, storms and all other conditions beyond its control.

Luggage:
Other than the transportation of personal baggage (two standard suitcases and one carry-on bag, total not exceeding 100 lbs. per passenger), no additional transportation services shall be performed. Please call in advance to make arrangements and get pricing on items such as surfboards, golf clubs, gift boxes, miscellaneous boxes, etc. The carrier will not be responsible for any stolen baggage or damage to the same.

Miscellaneous:
The carrier reserves the right to refuse to transport any person under the influence of intoxicants or be such as to make him/her be objectionable to other passengers or prospective passengers.

To file a complaint regarding this carrier’s service, it must be submitted to in writing. The carrier shall respond in writing to any such complaint within 15 days receipt of complaint.
